Once at the top we were agin able to avoid any queues and were taken to the new beam attraction. We were able to avoid the queues and take the elevator up straightaway. We first got to have our picture with the Christmas tree up close and away from the crowds and then learned about some of the art. James was excellent and gave us a real insight into the history of the Rockefellers.
Our guide James then arrived to begin the tour. We started by entering the vip entrance just beside the regular entrance where we were greeted by friendly members of staff who offered us a water and hot towels and invited us to sit in the comfy reception area. We book the vip tour which includes the beam attraction and so glad we did.
